With my work, I aim to show the places on our planet that support our way of life that we seldom think about. Places like mines, refineries, quarries, and even farms all have a profound effect on our planet, and yet we need these places to support our way of life. What I hope to achieve with my photographs is to bring these places into people's view. We rarely get looks into these kinds of alterations of our planet, and it is important to see what is happening to our Earth around us.
